All the News from Villatravellers in 2024

2024 has been quite a year for Villatravellers. We have continued to provide beautiful villas in Sicily for guests from all over the world, creating unforgettable experiences for them in outstanding surroundings. What’s more, we’ve opened up a whole new Italian region to be enjoyed in the Villatravellers way with our new collection of villas in Puglia for 2024. This new catalogue of incredible villas has been a hit with our guests, and we have enjoyed sharing out local insight about this marvellous southern-Italian region with you all. 

We’re always on the search for new villas in Sicily, and now we have added Puglia to our collection, we’ve been working hard to find the most beautiful Puglian villas to our catalogue. In 2024 we have added 20 villas in Puglia to our range, and what special villas they are! They all have the Villatravellers stamp of approval, with high-quality features, stunning design, and enviable locations in some of the most sought-after areas in Puglia. From luxury villas in south Puglia, to villas for families, there’s something for everyone.

From restored trulli that exude traditional Puglian style to masterfully recent constructions that will leave you speechless, our villas in Puglia are out of this world. Some of our villas are close to achingly beautiful towns such as Ostuni with its white town centre, near Lecce which is famous for its Baroque beauty, or close to UNESCO-recognised Alberebello full of trulli. 

Our catalogue of villas in Sicily always continues to grow. Our most recent additions, Elysium and Reale are incredible luxury villas in Sicily with modern style and sea views, one looking over the Ionian Sea from Capo d’Orlando, whilst the other looks over the Tyrrhenian Sea with a stylish location in Letojanni, near Taormina. What could be better than spending time at one of these villas with those exceptional sea views. Palmita is another new villa in Brolo, north Sicily, that has so much space, a wonderful garden, and is within walking distance to the beach. Our villas in Sicily have shone for years thanks to their amazing style and beauty, and in 2024, this is no different.

Of course, we also offer a fantastic range of exclusive experiences in Sicily that add something really special to any holiday on the island. From boat trips, to wine tours, including foodie experiences, and private tours, there’s something for everyone. Our guests particularly love the in-villa cook services we offer, where a local cook comes to the villa to prepare a traditional meal. Out Mount Etna Jeep tour is also very popular for guests of all ages; it’s the best way to visit the volcano and learn all is fascinating secrets.

For pure relaxation a boat trip along the south-west coast is always a great choice where you can swim in clear waters and feel your cares disappear. Our range of extra experiences make any holiday even more memorable.

We had a wonderful week at Faro di Brucoli. The villa is visually stunning and is surrounded by water on 3 sides, providing beautiful views of the sea and Mt. Etna as well. The town of Brucoli is charming and has all one needs....great restaurants, market, butcher, coffee shop, etc... The staff was so kind and responsive to our needs. We will certainly return!

We absolutely loved our villa Respiro in Sicily. It was one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. The entire villa was so well maintained. The views are literally breathtaking. The grounds of Respiro are gorgeous as well. We were so impressed with VillaTravellers and Anna our local representative was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend this villa. We can't wait to go back!

Villa Reale has all you need for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is amazing, with plenty of room and the most beautiful pool. The second kitchen was super useful for outdoor eating. As an interior designer I could see how much thought and effort had been put in to the design, with lots of special touches. Veronica, our villa rep, was so friendly and helpful.
